Titan Indoor Track Update Dec 14, 2014

'The Will to Win means nothing without The Will to Prepare."

INDOOR UP AND "RUNNING"
Even though we are limited with what we can do during the indoor season due to availability of facilities, each of us should feel like we are doing something each day to improve ourselves. There are many ways to accomplish this: conditioning, speed, strength, flexibility, technique, mechanics and knowledge. When the most important meets in May take place, it is a great feeling if you have the confidence that you have worked harder and are more prepared than your competition. Take advantage now of every opportunity to improve.

MEET DAILY IN ROOM 2118 @ 2:40
Workouts may change on a daily basis due to availability of facilities. I will show track videos beginning at 2:30.

BYU / NAI CAMPS
Information for these camps is available in my room. To get ½ of your fee paid, you must attend every workout.

T-SHIRTS
The indoor t-shirts are now in. They are $12.00. If you want one, pay in the office and bring me the receipt. I have some from previous years that you can buy for $5.00.
